Joy
1. Joy in Supplication – “always”, “all” praying for the ones he loves is the source of joy for Paul. (v4)
2. Joy in Preaching – Paul is concerned with “Christ is proclaimed”. This is his mission. This is also the reason therein he rejoices, yea, and will rejoice. (v18)
